Relax with family and friends in our common areas or outside in our courtyard, which comfortably seats 40 - 50 guests. The Richard Johnston Inn is a historic, Virginia location for intimate weddings and small events. Pricing includes the rental of all 9 rooms with double occupancy, use of the courtyard and Inn (not including the kitchen) from 5 p.m. Friday evening until 11a.m. Sunday. A full breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. – 9a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Catering provided by a licensed  caterer Large off street parking area for our guests You may bring in your own beverages without a bottle fee Use of a 20 X 30 enclosed tent with a 15 X 15 dance floor total package (without catering) $7,500.00 Room is reserved for the bride/groom - any additional members of the wedding party using the room for changing, showering, hair, makeup etc will be charged as an extra guest ($25.)
